  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

  5. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

  6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as opened or used cosmetics, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
